About the role
INTERMERCATO GRAPPLES' is seeking a motivated and skilled Admin / Marketing professional to join our team on a casual basis in our Malaga, WA 6090 office. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and marketing support to our growing business, ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. We are offering a flexible start and finish time to suit your needs. We are hoping to find a suitable candidate for a Monday and Friday.
What you'll be doing
* Performing general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls
* Assisting with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including social media posts, brochures, and advertisements
* Supporting the sales and operations teams with various projects and tasks
* Maintaining and updating customer and supplier databases
* Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
* Phoning current customers for feedback and reviews
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in an administrative or marketing support role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Familiarity with social media platforms and basic graphic design tools
* A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
