Human Resources Manager - Wingham Beef ExportsWe are looking for a dynamic and proactive Human Resource Manager to support our diverse workforce of 400+ employees.
Reporting to the General Manager, this role requires exceptional communication and leadership skills, playing a key role in driving the continued success of our operations.Key Responsibilities Include:Management of the Human Resources team comprising: Recruitment, Training, WHS, Return to Work and First Aid.Negotiation and management of enterprise agreements.Oversee local and international labour sourcing activities.Develop and implement strategies to improve engagement and attendance.Ensure compliance with relevant awards, agreements and I.R. laws.Coach, mentor and assist line managers to lead and manage their teams.Support the implementation of HR information system due in mid-****.Refine and implement programs linked to our strategic business plan across all functions to ensure a high-performance and professional culture.Support internal and external ESG, J-Sox, quality and safety audits.
What skill are we looking for?
Ideally, candidates with the following attributes are encouraged to apply:Minimum of five years HR experience with a degree or diploma in HR or related fieldSound knowledge of contemporary industrial and human relations lawsHighly organised with attention to detail and excellent time management and problem-solving skillsExceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate on all levelsAbility to develop relationships and maintain confidentialityExperience in the meat processing or large-scale manufacturing or production would be beneficial.
