The Product Analyst plays a key role in supporting the development, management and optimisation of fundraising products and donor propositions that meet supporter needs and drive sustainable revenue growth. Working closely with the Product Development team, the Product Analyst will contribute to building strong product management capabilities, processes, reporting and insights that support the creation, launch and performance management of fundraising products across the organisation.
This is a permanent, full time, position located in Blackburn, Melbourne with hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of our Fundraising strategy by contributing to fundraising initiatives, product roadmap development and end-to-end product lifecycle coordination
* Assist in the development and refinement of compelling donor propositions that enhance engagement, loyalty and overall donor experience across key segments
* Conduct market and donor research, analyse data and insights, and support ongoing product performance monitoring and continuous improvement
* Provide coordination, project tracking and administrative support to the Product Team, including stakeholder engagement, internal communications and cross-functional collaboration
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline (preferred)
* Previous experience in a relevant role, ideally within the not-for-profit sector, is advantageous
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* An interest in donor behaviour, product development and continuous improvement
