🔥 What You’ll Be Doing
• Supporting the Sales Manager in leading daily sales operations
• Leading by example on the showroom floor — coaching and motivating the team
• Assisting with sales strategy, stock control, reporting, and customer experience
• Acting in the Sales Manager role when required and confidently leading from the front

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in automotive sales
• Strong ambition to step into leadership
• Natural ability to influence and inspire others
• A customer-first mindset with proven closing ability
• Highly organised, motivated, and driven to achieve results
