Aboriginal Workforce Engagement and Retention Consultant Role
Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network (RMCLHN) is seeking an experienced professional to drive meaningful change and support a stronger future for Aboriginal workforce participation, engagement, and retention.
* Provide expert project advice to support the goals of the Aboriginal Health Directorate, leveraging your expertise in policy development and planning.
* Promote staff retention, wellbeing, and workforce development by enhancing recruitment pathways for Aboriginal people and driving continuous improvement strategies.
* Lead or contribute to complex projects that strengthen workforce outcomes, collaborating with RMCLHN teams, Aboriginal organisations, and site-based staff to co-design solutions to identified gaps or barriers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Advice: Provide expert guidance on projects related to Aboriginal health, ensuring alignment with the network's goals and objectives.
2. Recruitment Pathways: Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and retain Aboriginal staff, promoting diversity and inclusion within the organisation.
3. Workforce Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver programs that enhance skills and knowledge, supporting the growth and development of the Aboriginal workforce.
