Job Title: Operational Leadership Expert
This is a permanent full-time position that oversees day-to-day service delivery across multiple regions.
* Operational leadership will be provided to NDIS, Aged Care, and community service teams
* Audit and risk management frameworks will be overseen to ensure compliance
* Budget monitoring, reporting, and operational performance will be tracked
Main Responsibilities:
* Support and mentor Coordinators, Service Delivery, and Compliance teams to drive success
* Lead workforce planning, staff development, and performance management to achieve strategic goals
* Promote collaboration, communication, and engagement across all levels to foster a positive work environment
About the Ideal Candidate
* Proven leadership experience within health, community, or aged care sectors is essential
* A strong understanding of NDIS and Aged Care Quality Standards is required
