We're excited to share this opportunity and are looking for someone to join our team as the Executive Assistant to the Office of the CEO (OCEO) - Board & Company Secretary, on a full-time or part-time basis for a period of up to 12 months (parental leave coverage).
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary, the Executive Assistant to the OCEO (Board & CoSec) is responsible for the delivery of timely, efficient, and effective high level office administration, executive support, information coordination and confidential support primarily to the Company Secretary and Board, with support to the Group CEO and ELT as required.

* Think creatively with freedom to innovate, bring imaginative solutions to executive coordination challenges while staying laser-focused on Board and Committee excellence.
* Engage in monthly strategic and operational discussions with the Office of the CEO to stay ahead of Board and Committee workplan changes, additions, and emerging priorities.
About you:
* Ability to anticipate, understand and meet the needs of the ELT, GCEO and RACT Board
* Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines
* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
* Highly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with people at all levels, and establish key working relationships
* Ability to coordinate and gather comprehensive information for ELT
* High level of computer literacy, particularly with Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Sound problem solving and analytical skills
* Demonstrated ability to diplomatically and professionally manage internal and external enquiries
