* Achieve full ownership of digital revenue, from customer acquisition costs (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV) to buy box performance and conversion optimisation.
* Scale fulfilment, tech infrastructure, payments, tax, and compliance operations across international markets.
* Transform Amazon operations in-house, bringing strategy, tooling, and excellence under your leadership.
* Cross-functionally align with Product, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Tech, and Growth Marketing teams.

* Solid experience leading digital commerce at scale, ideally with international or multi-market scope.
* Proven results growing direct-to-consumer platforms and marketplace channels revenue in high-growth environments.
* Commercially minded with deep operational instincts.
* Exceptional leadership ability to scale systems and teams, and dive into details when needed.
* Fluency in eCommerce analytics, platform advertising, and customer lifecycle optimisation.
