Fleet Coordinator Job
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Hexham, NSW. This role will oversee the administration tasks of the workshop and include scheduling for mobile plant and workshop movements.
This position is suitable for someone who is well-versed in multi-tasking and deadline-driven. The duties include:
* Maintaining Plant and Asset records
* Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable responsibilities, including Purchase Orders and Invoice Receipting
* Entering payroll timesheet data
* Performing end-of-month reconciliation
* Maintaining Heavy Vehicle Accreditation equipment maintenance records
* Managing work orders and plant check sheets
About You:
You must have previous experience in an Accounts Payable or Plant/Fleet Administration role. A valid driver's licence is essential. You should also have demonstrated administrative experience with strong data entry skills, intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, and well-developed communication skills.
The successful candidate will have a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. They will be able to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines, working independently and as part of a team.
