Job Title: Office Administration
About the Role
This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our busy office, overseeing financial accounts, and providing HR support.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Managing administrative functions including office management, procurement, and information systems
* Responding to client queries in a timely, professional, and effective manner
* Managing and maintaining financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and liaising with the accounting team
* Providing HR support including onboarding, payroll, and employee records
* Coordinating office services such as facilities management, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
* Supporting the leadership team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed
* Contribute to the overall Occupational Health and Safety of the office and Colleagues
* Data entry to our software management systems
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar office management or accounts role
* Excellent administrative, organisational, and time management skills
* Strong financial acumen and experience with accounts payable/receivable processes
* Highly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
