Your responsibilities will include: Supporting Design Research and Analysi s: Assist in planning, scheduling, and conducting research activities, including participant recruitment and preparing materials.
Contributing to Design Projects: Work on small- and large-scale design initiatives, supporting the delivery of human-centred services across the university.
Managing Design Resources: Maintain and organise templates, tools, and resources for research and design practices.
Facilitating Design Communications: Support the creation of design outputs in various formats, including visual, written, and verbal presentations.
Collaborating Across Disciplines: Work with a blended toolkit incorporating Design and Service Improvement methodologies to achieve optimal outcomes.
You may be a great fit if: You are a creative and analytical thinker with a solid understanding of Design Thinking and Human-Centred Design methodologies, possessing strong research skills and the ability to synthesise complex information into actionable insights.
You may also: Hold a relevant tertiary degree or have an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrate excellent organisational and project management skills.
Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
