Job Title
The Manager Education Hub Operations will provide strategic and operational leadership in the delivery of client-centred, integrated and financially sustainable education and training programs within assigned sites.
* Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams comprising coordinators, teachers, trainers and administrative employees.
* Streamline operations, quality services, financial viability, and alignment with the Strategic Plan.
* Demonstrate expertise in managing multi-site education program delivery with strong knowledge of compliance and quality frameworks.
Key Selection Criteria:
* Degree in Business or related field.
* Minimum 5 years' experience working with clients to build settlement, employment and/or education readiness.
* Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, performance management and workforce planning skills.
* Comprehensive understanding of adult education, community partnerships.
