Facilities Manager – High-Profile Commercial Building (Perth) – Part-time hours.
Assisting on a premium commercial portfolio with a leading property brand with national exposure. This role doesn't come up often
What you'll be doing
* Lead and manage daily operations on a premium commercial portfolio.
* Supervise and mentor 2 Facility Coordinators.
* Plan and coordinate client events on-site.
* Ensure compliance across all areas, including plant room and working at heights.
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Facilities Manager in large commercial properties.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Working at Heights certification is essential.
* Experience managing national client relationships is highly desirable.
