Help lead and manage this newly established store already kicking huge goals Sun-Thurs roster & a salary package of almost $76k & clothing on offer...You must have incredible people & operational skills & LOVE the hottest fashionAs the ASM in this fast-paced high-volume business, your days will be spent managing huge operations, delivering sensational customer service standards & developing an already high-performing team alongside your Store Manager
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in VOLUME RETAIL FASHION MANAGEMENT essential
Proven ability to achieve all day-to-day operations
Experience in stock management, visual merchandising and store presentation
Strong background in driving sales and hitting KPIs
Confidence in all facets of HR and leadership : are you a 'People's Manager'?
Ability to drive in-store as well as company culture
