The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we have created a new permanent full-time opportunity for a Clinical Specialist to join our Joints Team in Adelaide.
Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support in an operating theatre environment to our hospital-based customers across our Hip and Knee product portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
Attending surgical procedures and providing expert clinical support to Orthopaedic Surgeons and Nursing staff in the correct and safe use of products
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing in-service training to Registrars, Nursing staff etc.
Optimising opportunities by passing on leads to the Sales Team and providing product demo as required
Maintaining strong product knowledge through ongoing training and driving clinical excellence through professional and exceptional customer experience
About You
Degree qualified with minimum 2 years' experience as a Clinical Specialist supporting Orthopaedic surgeries preferably Hips and Knees
Confidence to work effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environment
Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills
Self-starter who is results driven and solutions focused
Autonomous and able to work as part of a team, and is organised with good time management skills
