4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry representatives, coordinating conference and event sales initiatives.
5. Maximize yield management by ensuring fast turnaround times on enquiries and accurate details on bookings.
6. Demonstrate initiative to capitalize on opportunities, supporting hotel sales and the coordination of conferences and events.
7. Work closely with related departments to ensure smooth operations and enhance the overall customer experience.
8. Guarantee the accuracy of enquiry and booking data, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
9. Attend regular revenue and sales meetings, presenting relevant information to inform strategic decisions.
10. Promote our Guest Loyalty Program and focus on delivering exceptional customer service, prioritizing client needs and satisfaction.
