Job Title: Employment Lawyer
We are seeking an exceptional lawyer to support our APAC legal team across Australia and New Zealand.

This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
* Identify and resolve employment issues related to the business and its relationship with users of the Uber App.
* Litigate disputes and handle employment litigation involving both employees and drivers/delivery partners.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues to pre-empt employment law risks related to the business and find solutions.
* Advise HR on full range of employment matters relating to recruiting, hiring, training, performance management, compensation, benefits, and terminations.
