About the Role: You will be responsible for managing the financial processes and trust accounting for a network of real estate offices. Your experience in real estate accounts will allow you to thrive in this role and contribute to accurate and timely financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Manage AP/AR and general business accounts Oversee trust accounts and marketing reconciliations Process payroll accurately and on time Complete bank reconciliations and daily banking Handle compliance, settlements, admin, and stakeholder liaison What We’re Looking For: Strong real estate and trust accounting experience High attention to detail, accuracy, and organisation Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork Proficient in Xero/MYOB; professional, confidential, and proactive Certificate of Registration/licence desirable; ability to travel with current licence Why Join Us?
