About the Role
We're looking for a Team Leaderto join our close-knit team. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll guide, grow and support a small but mighty team while managing your own clients and bookings. Think of it as 50% leadership, 50% on the tools – balancing people management, planning and resourcing with the day‑to‑day delivery of exceptional entertainment. You'll mentor the team, lead by example and ensure everything runs smoothly from proposal to performance. It's a role for someone who's ready to take ownership, drive standards and inspire great work.
Here's what you'll be doing:
* Lead, mentor and inspire the team to deliver outstanding work while living SE's values.
* Manage team performance, workflow and development in line with SE Group's Pathfinders framework.
* Oversee daily operations, systems and processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
* Manage entertainment bookings end‑to‑end – from proposals and budgets to contracting and delivery.
* Build and maintain relationships with artists, agents, suppliers, venues and clients.
* Collaborate with the CEO and COO on strategy, talent development and new opportunities.
* Drive commercial outcomes through strong project management, financial oversight and client service.
* Foster a positive, high‑performing culture built on collaboration, accountability and care.
About You
You're an experienced entertainment professional with strong leadership instincts and a deep understanding of the industry. You know what great looks like, and you bring both structure and creativity to how you lead and deliver.
You'll Bring:
* 5+ years' experience in the entertainment, events or music industry
* Minimum 2 years in a people leadership role
* Proven experience managing entertainment bookings, proposals and client accounts
* Excellent relationship management, negotiation and communication skills
* Strong commercial and operational acumen
* A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and calm under pressure
* A genuine passion for entertainment and the people who make it happen
