Key Responsibilities
* Welcome guests with genuine warmth and efficiency, ensuring a positive first impression of our venue.
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, including setup and pack down, ensuring seamless service delivery.
* Support rostering and assist with shift coverage when needed, promoting flexibility and teamwork.
* Lead, train, and mentor Food & Beverage team members, fostering growth and development within the team.
* Supervise and manage on-shift service across multiple venues, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
* Resolve guest feedback with professionalism and care, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
* Deliver fine dining table service and provide beverage recommendations, showcasing expertise and knowledge of our menu offerings.
* Prepare and serve coffee, wine, and cocktails to a high standard, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
* Coordinate and deliver room service orders, prioritizing speed and accuracy in meeting guest needs.
* Support the setup and pack down of functions and events, ensuring efficient execution and minimizing disruption to regular services.
* Ensure compliance with RSA legislation and maintain clean, safe front-of-house areas, upholding our commitment to health and safety.
* Oversee daily opening and closing procedures, guaranteeing thorough preparation and completion of tasks.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate, demonstrating your understanding of responsible liquor service practices.
* Experience in fine dining or hotel environments, showcasing your ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
* A strong eye for detail, ensuring attention to minute aspects that contribute to overall quality and excellence.
