Who are we looking for?
We are seeking Senior Water Process Engineers (including Principal / Technical Director levels) to join our Water Group, based in either of our Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, or Gold Coast offices, in a part-time or full-time role. Start date is flexible for the right candidate.
We need your skills and expertise to support a strong forward pipeline of work for our clients across Australia, in a combination of panel, detailed design and one-off major project engagements. You'll play a pivotal role in the technical delivery of water or wastewater treatment projects, collaborating with passionate engineers, planners, designers, and technical specialists.
Working with a flexible, welcoming and high-performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
* Leading and contributing to technical teams delivering legacy-defining water and wastewater treatment projects, across Australia and internationally.
* Delivering process planning and design for water and wastewater treatment infrastructure.
* Delivering high-quality technical outcomes across investigation, analysis, and design.
* Building strong client relationships to define and deliver tailored water or wastewater solutions, through a combination of panel and one-off project engagements.
What you will bring to the team:
* Relevant Engineering Degree.
* RPEQ status (or ability to obtain shortly).
* 7 - 20+ years' experience in municipal and/or industrial water and/or wastewater treatment.
* Proven skills in the operation, planning, or design of water and/or wastewater infrastructure.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
