What you'll be doing
As an Enrolled Nurse in our Mental Health team, you will provide compassionate direct nursing care under the guidance of experienced Registered Nurses.
You will:
* Assess clients, recognise clinical variations and escalate appropriately to the Registered Nurse.
* Support consumers with activities of daily living, comfort and emotional wellbeing.
* Accurately document all care provided in clinical records.
* Work as an engaged and collaborative team member contributing to a positive ward culture.
* Commit to ongoing professional development and annual accreditation requirements.

* Registration: Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

* Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
* Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal
* Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
* Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
* Commitment to continuing professional development and demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training.
