We are currently recruiting for two exciting Legal Assistant positions:
1. Corporate – Supporting a New Partner
Be part of a fresh chapter by supporting a newly appointed partner in the corporate practice group. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with a leader in their space from the ground up.
2. Banking & Finance
Work within a high-performing and established team on complex and rewarding matters in the banking and finance sector.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* End-to-end matter and file management
* Monthly billing and timesheet management
* Diary and email management
* Assisting with events
* General administrative and team support
About You:
* Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or Executive Assistant within a legal or professional services environment
* Confident managing monthly billing and deadlines
* Organised, proactive, and a strong communicator
