About The Role:
We're looking for a motivated and reliable Retail All Rounder to support both customer-facing retail duties and behind-the-scenes operations for the business.
This is a hands-on role that combines admin duties, warehouse support, and customer-facing retail work — perfect for someone who enjoys variety and getting stuck in.
This is a permanent part-time position with a guarantee of minimum 15 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative support - data entry of customer orders, ordering stock with suppliers, basic reporting & filing
* Receive, unpack, and organise stock deliveries
* Maintain stockroom organisation and accurate stock levels
* Serving customers on the retail floor with friendly, professional service
* Support daily store operations to ensure the shop runs efficiently
* Assist with visual merchandising and shop floor presentation
* Supporting the team with day-to-day operational tasks as needed
