Your Role

As a KEY member being mentored by the Head Business Development/Finance Manager in a close-knit team, you will enjoy combining BOTH your sales + technical finance/credit skills:

* developing new business by identifying and introducing new clients, closing sales, expanding new referral sources, building and maintaining relationships with mortgage brokers, accountants, lawyers, financial planners and maximizing cross-sell opportunities; and
* analyzing, assessing and managing loan applications [property/construction/commercial] from enquiry through to settlement.

Who You Are

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

* Have a degree in finance/commerce (or similar) AND/OR a certificate/diploma of financial services (mortgages or finance) or financial planning (RG146) or similar;
* Have 4-10+ years experience in the lending/mortgages/financial services industry with a proven track-record in 'hunter' sales/ new business development [essential];
* Are an ambitious success-driven 'go-getter' with a passion for customer service+ and getting results AND a strong team player (not 'me'-centric);
* Have outstanding communication, influencing, negotiation and relationship/people skills.
