The Job
 * Contacting participants via outbound calls to provide a welcoming first point of contact
 * Coordinating plan review meetings, initial meetings, and unscheduled reviews between the participant and their allocated Local Area Coordination (LAC) office
 * Handling inbound calls to assist participants with their queries related to meetings
 * Performing general administrative tasks such as creating and sending client correspondence

 * Proficiency in computer systems

 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
