Head of Swim School Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead our swim school business at the Bay Pavilions in Batemans Bay. As the Head of Swim School, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including strategic growth initiatives, staff performance management, marketing efforts, and customer engagement.
* Develop and implement the Swim and Survive programs at local pools
* Manage staff performance and facilitate their professional development
* Create business drivers and marketing strategies to increase awareness of the programs
* Nurture relationships with schools for swimming development and competitions
