Senior Business Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly qualified professional to lead the development of our business management and human resources programs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and learning design, development and delivery into human resources management courses at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level;
* Developing new skills and competencies especially in relation to uncertainty and change triggered by the adoption of new and disruptive technologies;
* Supporting and inspiring students from diverse backgrounds and supporting student equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives;
* Leading research with outcomes of high quality and high impact, and contributing to research leadership;
* Communicating effectively and networking across a diverse range of students and staff;
* Developing highly developed interpersonal and organisational skills;
* Collaborating across disciplines and building effective relationships;

Eligible candidates must have a PhD in a relevant field, demonstrated experience in teaching and learning design, and a proven track record of research excellence.
