Machine Operator Role
Operate machinery in a fast-paced food production environment. Work with a diverse team who share our core values. Produce high-quality products like Tim Tams and other biscuits.
The role involves working independently and collaboratively to meet production requirements, setting up equipment, and resolving any technical issues that arise.
Key responsibilities:
* Operate machinery safely and efficiently
* Set up and change over equipment
* Troubleshoot and resolve machine and product quality issues
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
* Previous experience operating machinery in a food manufacturing environment (desirable)
* Ability to learn new skills quickly
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Able to complete medical and mechanical aptitude testing
