Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
* Work alongside skilled team members to build experience on the job
* Contribute ideas toward new concepts and innovation
* Undertake a structured development program
* Work on iconic projects
* Gain exposure to various areas including Estimation, Design Management, Quality Assurance, Contract Administration, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management (SQE), Document Control and Reporting, Project Management, and Site Management
About You
The company is looking for:
* Recent or soon-to-be graduates in civil engineering, architecture/design management, or construction management
* Relevant working rights in Australia for at least 2 years
* Commitment to full-time employment for a minimum of 2 years
* Interest in a career in commercial or industrial construction
* Commitment to practical learning and development in a paid employment role
* Qualifications considered include Bachelor of Applied Science (Architectural Science, Construction Management, or similar), Bachelor of Construction Management, Bachelor of Design (Architecture), Bachelor of Engineering (construction related major), Bachelor of Graphic Design (construction related major advantageous), or Masters in a relevant construction field
