Located on Hobart's iconic docks, Mures is renowned for its commitment to sustainable fishing and delivering an exceptional Tasmanian "hook to plate" seafood experience. We are a well-established, family-owned business with over 50 years of history and a proud reputation as one of Tasmania's most loved dining destinations.
As we move into our busy summer season, we are seeking experienced and motivated hospitality professionals to join and strengthen our leadership team.

About the Role
No two days are the same, but key responsibilities include:
* Training, mentoring, and supporting team members to build a high-performing service team
* Upholding exceptional food and service standards across all areas of the venue
* Maintaining smooth service flow with a strong eye for detail
* Responding professionally and proactively to ensure outstanding guest experiences
* Managing staffing levels and labour costs during service
* Completing operational duties including stock control, pre- and post-service briefings, opening and closing procedures, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance across all areas of responsibility
Skills & Experience
* 2+ years of experience in an a la carte restaurant setting
* Ability to lead a premium dining room with confidence
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong food and wine knowledge, with a keen eye for detail
* WSET training is a benefit, but not required
