Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW, for an E-Commerce Specialist.
The E-Commerce Specialist will manage and optimize online sales channels, develop and implement e-commerce strategies, and monitor website performance.
Responsibilities include ensuring a seamless customer experience, coordinating with internal teams to maintain consistent online inventory, analyzing metrics to improve performance, and working collaboratively to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications
E-Commerce expertise, including experience in managing online platforms and sales strategies.
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor metrics, and optimize website performance.
Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive customer experience and collaborate with team members effectively.
Knowledge of Sales principles, with the ability to implement tactics to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Proficiency in digital tools, understanding of SEO, and familiarity with inventory management systems are beneficial.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
Desirable experience in AP21 and Shopify.
