WA Bat Network is a newly formed not-for-profit conservation organisation based in Perth, Western Australia. Help the organisation grow and lead the community in conserving our species of bats.
Roles
We are looking members to fill the following roles:
* Chairman
* Vice-Chairperson
* Secretary
* Treasurer
* General member
Key Responsibilities
* Meet monthly for committee meetings
* Support onboarding of new committee members and uphold the Committee's Code of Conduct
* Assist in funding applications
* Ensure compliance with ACNC and ATO governance standards
* Provide guidance on not-for-profit governance practices and policies
About You
* Excellent organisational and written communication skills
* Previous experience in board governance or secretarial roles (experience in NFP sector desirable)
* Strong alignment with the mission to conserve and protect our environment
