contribute to professional development, student engagement initiatives, and policy development that drives meaningful change. You will also foster strong partnerships across schools, government agencies and communities to
deliver collaborative and enduring results.

Why this Role?
* Provide cultural advice and guidance to support case navigation for individual students with a focus on transition pathways in the South East Region.
* Plan and coordinate professional development programs and education and training activities for school-based staff and students.
* Develop and maintain relevant links and networks with other units, other Branches within the department, other government agencies and other entities
* Undertake project planning, analysis, integrate project activities and evaluate the impact of projects and initiatives.
* Develop, implement and monitor project services in consultation with stakeholders to ensure identified needs are met.
