We are looking for a dynamic, organised and engaging individual to join our Human Resources team as a HR Business Partner, supporting our Fulfillment Centers in Jandakot and Kewdale, Western Australia. This position is for a 12 month fixed term period. The role is based on-site working Monday - Friday. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
Responsibilities
* Coaching and mentoring of front line leaders
* Advocate, promote and enable the uptake of self service tools across associates and leadership
* Implement HR initiatives to drive and maintain an overall culture of excellent employee relations, inclusion and communications
* Proactive gathering of data from appropriate sources to drive decision making
* Maintain an emphasis on continuous improvement and best practices to be shared with other Fulfillment Center teams
* Advocate and instill mechanisms which actively collect and respond to employee voice and promote associate experience
* Supporting Leaders through investigation processes
* Collaborate effectively across an number of internal and external teams including Finance, Payroll, Legal
Qualifications
* 3+ years HR experience work within a fast-paced, and customer-driven environment
* Experience in coaching and supporting leaders across HR best practices
* Experience working with and protecting confidential and sensitive HR information
* Experience supporting hourly employee client group
