This role involves managing client inquiries, preparing quotes and invoices, maintaining records, and tracking payments. Effective communication with clients and theatre staff is crucial for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
\
* Client Inquiries: Manage initial contact through to service delivery, ensuring clear communication of client needs to theatre staff.
* Financial Management: Prepare quotes, raise invoices, maintain records, and track payments.
* Liaison: Liaise with clients and theatre staff to support smooth operations and effective project administration.
* Administrative Support: Support ongoing administrative tasks in a fast-moving theatre environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
\
* First Aid Certification (HLTAID011) or equivalent (or willingness to obtain).
* CPR Certification (HLTAID009) or equivalent (or willingness to obtain).
* RRHAN-EC Masterclass – Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education & Care.
* Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification.
* At least 2 years experience in an Administration role.
* Knowledge of Performing Arts.
