We're looking for a Digital Engineering / BIM Manager who has real AEC project experience, understands the realities of live projects, and can bridge the gap between technology, people, and delivery outcomes.

Your focus will be on meaningful coordination and delivery outcomes, not just model clashes. You'll be a trusted digital advisor helping teams lift their digital maturity and extract real value from BIM and data.
Some of the things you could be doing
* Lead Digital Engineering / BIM delivery across complex AEC projects
* Work closely with design, construction, planning, and commissioning teams
* Develop, implement, and maintain ISO 19650 aligned information management frameworks
* Prepare and manage Design and Construction BIM Execution Plans
* Advise clients on practical, achievable digital delivery strategies
* Translate client requirements into clear, usable workflows
* Support teams to adopt BIM, CDEs, and digital tools confidently
* Facilitate coordination, model reviews, and digital collaboration sessions
* Identify risks and opportunities where digital processes can improve delivery outcomes
* Contribute to training, guidance material, and stakeholder enablement
* Work alongside Autonomation's software, data, and automation teams to unlock additional value
What we're looking for Experience & Background
* 5+ years' experience working on real AEC projects (design and/or construction)
* Proven experience operating under ISO 19650 principles
* Strong understanding of how BIM supports actual project delivery
* Experience working with Tier 1 / Tier 2 contractors, consultants, or complex client environments
* Experience or strong exposure to building services coordination and services design is highly valued
Technical Capability
* Strong experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud
* Proficiency in tools such as Navisworks, Revit, Revizto (or similar)
* Experience developing and implementing BEPs and digital standards
* Comfortable working within a Common Data Environment (CDE)
