We are looking for candidates to work at Goulburn Prep Early Learning Centre (formerly Jump Start Early Learning Centre) and/or Scaliiwags Early Learning Centre. Our staff are our biggest asset, and we invest heavily in their professional development.
These centres were taken over by new management three years ago, and we have worked hard to foster a positive culture and supportive environment. They have a great, supportive, and fun team, and are looking to add new staff members.
To be a successful candidate:
* Certificate III or Diploma or working towards/Full Early Childhood Teacher qualification
* Seeking part-time or full-time employment
* Valid Working with Children Check
* Optional: Valid First Aid Certificate
* Optional: Child Protection Certificate
* Optional: Food Safety Certificate
* Confident with leadership skills
* Available to work across various shifts between 7am-5.30pm
* Work experience (preferred)
Role’s responsibilities:
* Actively contribute to the education program
* Engage with and supervise children at all times
* Build and maintain strong relationships with families and children
* Comply with National Quality Standards and all policies and procedures
* Plan and implement high-quality educational programs
