About this opportunity
Systems and processes within this agency are progressive and there is an abundance of support including an experienced Assistant, outsourced ingoing PCR's, inspections and leasing team, ensuring clients continue to receive ongoing optimum service without stretching the Property Managers to capacity.
There will also be opportunity for you to step into a more senior role from time to time and support a highly experienced Head of Property, with everything from running property management meetings to dealing with escalated issues.
Responsibilities
* Liaising with Owners, Tenants and Contractors
* Arranging and managing all maintenance in a timely manner
* Overseeing rental arrears on a daily basis and ensuring they kept to a minimum
* Bond lodgements and disposals
* Final bond inspection (also with assistance)
* There is no BDM or Trust Accounting required
Ideal Candidate
Ideally a minimum of 2 years confidently managing your own portfolio end to end, personable and most importantly customer centric to come in-line with this high end Agency.
A history of exceeding customer experiences and an absolute passion for Property Management is a must.
You will be required to hold a current Property Management or Sales registration, along with a valid WA drivers license to be considered for this opportunity.
