Horizon Leisure is seeking a motivated and customer focused team member to join our growing business. We specialise in the sale and installation of quality wood heaters and are looking for someone to assist in home consultations, prepare detailed installation quotes, and support our retail store operations.
About the Role
This Mon-Fri full time position offers a balanced mix of field and in store work:
* 2–3 days per week conducting in-home site visits. Vehicle Supplied.
* Assessing installation requirements and measuring for wood heaters, making sure Australian standards are met.
* Preparing accurate and detailed quotes
* Assisting customers in our retail showroom
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
* Confidence working at heights and in confined roof spaces
* Good organisational and time management skills
* A current full driver's licence
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience in construction, roofing, plumbing, heating, or retail sales will be highly regarded, but not necessary. Full product and onsite training will be provided to the right candidate.
