**The Company**
Our client is a top tier accounting practice located on
**St Kilda Road. **They are looking for a warm and welcoming Receptionist/Administrator to be the face of the business.
**Your duties may include**:
- Answering phone calls & transferring multi line phone
- Calendar management
- Meeting & Greeting clients
- Maintaining Boardroom meetings
- Catering
- All incoming and outgoing mail & Auspost orders
- Organising couriers
- ATO correspondence
- Adhoc administration tasks
- MYOB data entry as required
- MYOB AE - intermediate to high level of understanding
- Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint - intermediate to high level of understanding
**About You**
- Experience within a Public Practice field or in a Professional office is highly regarded
- 1 - 2 + years' experience in a similar role
- Strong customer service focus
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
