Hiring for Senior Business Analyst / Associate Business Consultant
Location- Sydney
Position- Permanent
Location: Broadbeach, QLD, Australia
Years of Experience: Minimum 7-10 Years
Domain- Travel Domain -- Microsoft dynamics business central (Mandatory)
Responsibilities:
* Gather and document business requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria within an agile software delivery team.
* Develop use cases and process flows to support the development of software solutions.
* Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business needs and pain points.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives align with business goals.
* Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
* Participate in user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
* Develop and maintain system documentation and training material.
* Provide leadership within project teams to ensure delivery of customer requirements and expectations.
Mandatory Skills:
* 5+ years of experience in a similar business analyst role.
* Extensive proven experience in key business analysis disciplines including requirements elicitation and documentation, process analysis, and organizational strategy.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
* Well developed written and oral communication and facilitation skills.
* Attention to detail and effective organization and time management skills.
* Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.
* Experience within travel or other internet scale environments.
Preferred Skills:
* Strong understanding of the travel or retail industry.
* Knowledge in business process re engineering and improvement.
* Ability to conduct virtual meetings and workshops.
* Excellent documentation skills, both technical and non technical.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly regarded.
* UI/UX experience is highly regarded.
