Job role: SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Tracking Consultant
Location: Sydney
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead or support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking within the Employee Central module.
* Analyze and gather business requirements related to time management, including work schedules, absences, time off, overtime, and compliance.
* Configure time types, time valuation, holiday calendars, and accrual rules within SuccessFactors Time Tracking.
* Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and execute test plans, conduct UAT, and ensure accurate go-live readiness.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to time tracking and absence management.
* Work closely with payroll and integration teams to ensure time data flows correctly into payroll systems.
* Deliver training and support to HR administrators and end-users.
* Provide post-implementation support, system maintenance, and continuous improvements.
* Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors releases and new features related to Time Tracking.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Employee Central Time Tracking .
* Deep knowledge of time and attendance policies, compliance, and related business processes.
* Strong understanding of SuccessFactors Integration Center and/or integration with SAP Payroll or third-party payroll solutions.
* SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central Time Tracking (preferred).
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience working in agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
