Key Responsibilities
* Managing your own clean and well‐organised portfolio
* Preparing Property Condition Reports
* Conducting routine inspections
* Coordinating property maintenance
* Lease management (sign‐ups and renewals)
* Final bond inspections
* Bond lodgements and disposals
* Maintaining up‐to‐date management authorities
* Liaising with owners, tenants and third parties
* Completing general daily tasks in line with established systems and procedures
Essential Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Availability to commence immediately or in the near future
* A current driver's licence
* Current Property Management Registration
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
* A current police clearance
* Strong computer skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Professional presentation
* Outstanding organisational and time management skills
* Maturity, reliability and the ability to work autonomously
* High attention to detail and strong practical judgement
