Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled technical support specialist to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical support for various telephony systems, ensuring seamless operation and integration across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain, update, and test telephony and IVR systems
* Analyse system performance and recommend improvements
* Act as the main contact for telephony/Webchat and maintain IT knowledge
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, software, hardware, and network connectivity
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
* Cisco WebEx certification
* Over 3 years' experience in IT end user support roles
* Proficiency in desktop support, networking technologies (CCNA), and common software applications
