The Opportunity Reporting directly to the COO and working closely with the CEO, the Head of Finance will lead both onshore and offshore finance teams and assume full ownership of the finance function.
This role presents an opportunity for a technically strong, improvement-focused leader to uplift systems, processes, and reporting capability across multiple entities.
You will partner closely with commercial, operations, HR, and clinical teams to ensure finance is aligned with broader business goals, funding requirements, and upcoming regulatory shifts.
