**The opportunity**
This is an 18-month contractual role that is part of our Global Talent Acquisition Services Team. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for Managed Services Growth Center (MSGC) Asia Pacific from your base in Australia or Singapore, reporting to the Recruitment Services leader and MSGC Talent leader. This role will see you build strategic relationships with senior MSGC leaders as well as recruitment professionals and leaders around the globe.

Asia-Pacific MSGC - a standalone and specialized Area cross-service line team that is 100% dedicated to growing our Managed Services business. The MSGC will provide a vehicle through which EY Asia-Pacific can achieve our Managed Services aspirations
**Your key responsibilities**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment to support a variety of vacancies across functions globally
- Act as Recruitment's single point of contact (SPOC) for MSGC across locations in Asia Pacific
- Build and maintain relationships with different stakeholders including Talent and Business leaders by providing insight, market intelligence and innovative solutions that meet the business' hiring goals, while managing your recruiting portfolio, engaging in workforce planning sessions, reporting on open roles and managing challenges as they arise
- Leverage and drive sourcing strategies to deliver to your clients with the help of the Talent Acquisition & Talent Attraction teams
**To qualify for the role, you must have**
- Extensive experience in recruitment, preferably 8+ years in a recruitment role with at least 4-5 years in APAC and growth markets.
- Proven recruitment client or account management in a large environment.
- A global mindset; experience engaging with and building trust with stakeholders from various backgrounds and cultures
**Ideally, you'll also have**
- Experience in talent sourcing and driving end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions in a large, matrix environment
- Well versed and innovative approach to resourcing platforms, tools and techniques
- Track record in building diverse teams e.g. through gender diversity hiring strategies
- Knowledge of international hiring principles including some understanding of international labor laws
- Experience in professional services or a global, matrix enterprise
- Expertise designing and implementing hiring solutions with a strategic perspective while ensuring successful execution
- Experience working closely with senior management on resourcing matters
- Well-developed influencing and negotiation skills
- The ability to guide people through change
- Knowledge of offshore recruitment support models
- Knowledge of international hiring regulations including some understanding of international labour laws
**What we look for**
