Office Administrator Job Description

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in Brisbane. This is a key front-of-house role that will act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Front Desk/ Administration
o Greet visitors on arrival and provide a welcoming and professional presence at the front desk.
o Arrange couriers and general housekeeping duties.
o Answer and redirect phone calls efficiently and professionally.
o Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries.
o Manage meeting room bookings and prepare spaces as needed.
o Support executives with their administrative needs.
* Travel Administration
o Coordinate travel and conference organisation for the corporate team.
o Arrange intricate executive itineraries for national and international travel.
o Process and monitor business visa applications.
o Reconcile company credit card and travel invoices.
* Event Coordination
o Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering internal and external events.
o Liaise with venues, caterers, and other vendors.
o Organise materials, agendas, and supplies for meetings and functions.
o Coordinate RSVPs and attendee communications.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Competent user of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
