Opportunity
Program, monitor and control all aspects of individual insurance repair jobs to achieve a quality claim and repair outcome for the benefit of all stakeholders.
Main duties and responsibilities
* Liaise with clients, customers, adjusters and tradespeople to ensure a quality repair outcome.
* Schedule appointments and coordinate subcontractors, supervisors and technicians.
* Manage project deliverables, including allocation of work orders to subcontractors.
* Ensure key performance indicators are met around customer satisfaction, timeliness of repairs, quality of repairs, submission of reports and invoices.
* Prepare project documentation.
* Coordinate daily with Project Managers.
* Communicate with project stakeholders weekly.
* Respond to project stakeholders to assist the team with project management.
* Prepare invoicing and collation of handover documents including all required compliance certificates.
