Overview
As a Facilities Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the efficient, cost‑effective operation and maintenance of premium commercial assets. You'll lead building operations, ensure compliance, and deliver outstanding service that keeps tenants and clients happy.
Responsibilities
* Oversee day‑to‑day building operations and ensure smooth delivery of all facilities services.
* Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
* Manage budgets, operating expenditure, and provide accurate monthly reporting.
* Drive sustainability initiatives and ensure risk management compliance.
* Collaborate with an experienced team to deliver exceptional outcomes for a global client.
Your Background
* Proven experience in Facilities Management, ideally within commercial property.
* Strong financial acumen and a background in trade or engineering.
* In‑depth knowledge of building services (fire safety, mechanical, hydraulic, structural).
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
